Health and Preventive Plan

Safety meetings

The Safety Officer holds short meetings each week in addition to the meetings of the Fund for various activities .

Build kits at appropriate times and discuss safe work practices and risk safety. Safety meetings are held regularly .

Report of accidents and records

All incidents are considered to be incidental to the operations of the site, and the investigation is carried out.
The work owner is to be up notified about the incidents that result the following consequences :

  • Deadly injuries.
  • Injuries requiring medical attention.
  • Over $ 2,000,000 worth of factory, machinery and equipment.
  • Damage to equipment and property of the customer.
  • Fire.
  • Accidents and security violations.
  • Traffic Accidents.

First aid plan :

The first aid plan consists of three phases :

  1. Phase: providing first aid in the site
  2. Phase II : The first aid center will be provided near the site’s office with a full-time working employee.
    This post will be able to provide first aid to the treatment staff.
  3.  Phase III : Diseases of regular injuries:

– The stage added to the first aid for ordinary injuries of diseases.
– The ambulance is available on site to provide quick transportation to the hospital in cases of injuries
 or accidents requiring special treatment.
– The initial function of the ambulance is adequately equipped to provide medical services in the center on site.
– Dangerous cases are transported by ambulance to designated hospitals.
– Six daily logs are maintained for all accidents, treatments and medications.
– First-aid boxes are provided and maintained at the construction site.

Drinking water

  • Drinking water meets all health requirements imposed by local authorities
  • No new or sterile container or water systems shall be used until sterilization tests are performed.
  • Drinking water and non-potable water outlets will mark the site with reading notices , Drinking water , Green background and white letters, and undrinkable water with a red background and white letters.
  • A room within 6 meters is provided immediately and the purpose is eaten. It is strictly forbidden to cook at the Seeker’s site.

Toilet and laundry facilities

  • Toilet facilities are provided at the construction site in a share of not less than one toilet seat and one urinal for every 20 workers.
  • The latrines and washing facilities shall be of proper construction with appropriate storage tanks.
  • Services to clean latrines and discharge sewage.
  • 4 toilets and laundry facilities are provided with soap / disinfectant, paper towels, solid waste and garbage collection.
  • Litter bins and garbage cans are placed in suitable locations in the building
    – In offices, workshops and storage to collect solid waste and waste.
  • All food waste shall be placed in plastic bags and not mixed with construction.
  • Trucks arrive regularly to collect garbage from the site to approved disposal areas.

Wires and cables electric isolated

  • we hire qualified electricians who work on repairing electrical equipment
  • We have wires and electrical equipment conforming to international standards.

Safety clothing and equipment

  • Safety shoes such as safety shoes with steel toe. Workers should wear rubber boots, etc..
  • Wear goggles and wear armor or helmets with safety requirements for welding and cutting operations.
  • Hand protection gloves should be provided to personnel handling potentially dangerous materials.
  • Inspectors and employees involved in vehicle traffic should wear colorful and apparent clothes.
  • We do welding work. Pour lead joints. Casting of hot-rolled steel. Hot tar oils. Fluids and others.
  • We inspect all the welding equipment daily and we maintain or repair.
  • We protect workers from welding, ash, sparks and molten metals.
  • We store the cylinders in a straight position to achieve safety.

 

 

 

Scaffolding

  • We use solid wood or timber approved for the treatment of fire retardants and surfaces.
  • We take care to clean all metal parts and steel scaffolding components keeping them away from corrosion and in good condition.
  • We employ specialists to deal with scaffolding materials and accessories.
  • We insure partially dismantled scaffolds that are unsafe and visible

     

     

Vehicles and parking

  • We make sure that people who drive cars have a valid driver’s license and are compatible with the type of vehicle they are driving
  • No vehicle is placed in the operational service until it is thoroughly inspected and therefore to ensure the safety of persons.
  • We keep all vehicles listed in the schedule of maintenance programs.
  • We clean the cars regularly and professionally.
  • We inspect the mechanisms periodically to ensure their condition and safety.
  • We ensure that the machines and equipment used on the highway comply with the local traffic rules.

Stairs

  • We adopt steel ladders
  • We rely on the use of paint that hides the cracks in the wooden stairs.
  • We rely on square and anti-slip aluminum stairs.
  • All stairs are firmly secured to the chassis to prevent glides.

     

     

Handling of toxic and harmful substances

  • We take care to deal with toxic acids by a qualified person.
  • We store toxic and harmful substances in safe storage areas.
  • When handling harmful and toxic substances, we are very careful to wear the necessary protective clothing and equipment.
